Timber Multi-Storey Buildings are light and due to the modular nature of the construction, it is faster to construct and often are cheaper than other forms of construction due to smaller foundation requirement. Due to changes in the legislation and the increase in demand for residential buildings, Timber multi-storey buildings will be one of the fastest-growing sectors in the construction field.
