Avinash has very good experience in adding new plant lines with severe site constraints. The new plant is to be provided next to existing plant lines which are in operation and that too in a Kingsmill bakery in West Bromwich, the UK which also supplies. Being an operational bakery meant stringent hygiene requirements are to be met.

The challenge in this project was to add a new muffin line next to a live bread line. The hygiene requirements and constraints on site meant Avinash had to work very closely with plant manufacturers, process engineers, health and safety representatives to provide a workable structural engineering solution. All the steelwork was premanufactured and brought to the site and bolted on-site as welding was prohibited. The project was completed in stages and providing lateral stability was a challenge that was overcome by careful planning and staging of the project
